Our goal is to help increase export sales of Malian handmade gift items. We developed this site so that wholesale buyers could see a range of products available in Mali. Some of these products are new to the export market and others have been popular for years. Action for Enterprise, a non-profit development organization, does not engage in trade. Our work is to support the trade linkages between producers, export agents and importers. We would like to help you, the wholesale buyer, discover the hidden treasures in Mali and help producers develop products that will go with your lines. We are here to support the seasoned exporter as well as those looking to export from Mali for the first time.

Our process is to work directly with Malian export agents who have experience with the issues that are important to international buyers. If you are new to Mali we will help link you to an appropriate export agent, and if you have already been importing from Mali we will help develop products that compliment your line and help build capacity where there are logistical weaknesses.

There are no prices on the website, these and all commercial issues will be handled by the professional export agent. We will always be available to troubleshoot when necessary, to answer questions and to help in any way we can. Our team is fluent in English and French. Our services are primarily for wholesale importers and retail outlets with the capacity to do direct imports.
